How families receive their photo galleries
In a postpaid session, every child is photographed and families view their gallery before deciding whether to buy anything. That means each family needs to receive their own private gallery link and password.

Whichever option you choose
- Email addresses and mobile numbers are used for one purpose only: sending the gallery link and password.
- They are never used for marketing, never shared with anyone else, and never sold.
- Galleries are hosted on Pixieset, and the only personal detail stored there is the child's first name.
Option 1 - Your ELC shares contact details (with opt-out)
You give us family email addresses and mobile numbers, and we send each family their gallery link directly.
Before photo day we supply a poster and an information flyer for your family communications, explaining that this is happening and how to opt out. Any family who would rather not have their details shared just tells the Director. We're not given their details at all, and we'll send their link to the centre to pass on instead.
Best for: the least ongoing work for your team. Suits services whose privacy policy allows disclosure to a contracted provider on the basis of notice and an opt-out.
Option 2 - Your ELC distributes the links
We send you a single spreadsheet listing each child's first name alongside their gallery URL and password. Your team passes these on to families.
Best for: keeping all family contact details in-house. The trade-off is that distribution, and any "I didn't get my link" follow-up, sits with your staff.
Option 3 - Signed permission slip
Families sign a permission slip authorising the service to share their email and mobile with us. We provide the slips (see a sample slip); your team collects signatures before the photoshoot. We're then given details only for the families who have signed.
Best for: services whose privacy policy requires written consent before personal information is disclosed to a third party.
Option 4 - Coming soon
We're also working on a brand new digital QR code system, where families can register themselves online. This system is estimated to be ready by the end of August.
